Citizens' opinions on the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution, as well as possible proposals can be submitted to the National Center of Legal Information till mid-January by e-mail sbor@ncpi.gov.by. You can fill in the special form at https://sbor.pravo.by or do it in writing sending a letter to the address: 1a Bersona Street, Minsk, 220030, National Legal Information Center, with a note “Constitution”.
You can also express your opinion via a single republican hotline from 10:00 till 13:00 and from 14:00 till 17:00 on weekdays.
