On 28 January, 2022, representatives of Polessky State University visited Pinsk Secondary School No. 8. The event was timed to the celebration of the Day of Belarusian Science. It was attended by the Head of the Department of Science and Innovation, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Yulia A. Rybalko, the head of the Business Center laboratory Anna V. Khomich, a trainee teacher of the Economics and Business Department, a member of the Young Leaders Club of Polessky State University Alena S. Panusko.
A business game was held for the pupils of 9th-11th grades, the name of the game was The Smartest. The pupils got answers to all their questions during the conversation devoted to the role of science in modern society.
A seminar dedicated to successful startups was held for the teachers. During the seminar they discussed what a startup project is, what are its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the features of creating a successful startup and some other issues.
On 29 January, 2022, a seminar was held on the following theme: Research Work Organization at the University. The seminar was held for the members of the Young Leaders Club. The Head of the Department of Science and Innovation, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Yulia A. Rybalko drew attention to the constructive moments in young scientists’ research work. Issues related to research methods and new approaches to reviewing literary sources were of particular interest to the participants.
