Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova met with the prospective personnel reserve of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee and the youth of the region, including students and employees of Polessky State University: Viktor Yarmosh, Marta Fedorenko, Anna Gerzha, Evgeniya Zhurik, Artyom Brishten.
“There is a lack of interaction with other people in our lives. Today I met with the people who are in the promising personnel reserve of the Brest Oblast. It was pleasure for me to discuss issues of interest. They visited the Council of the Republic, heard what we are doing, learned about what awaits any leader who devotes himself to his work. Being a leader any level is about dedication. Sometimes you need to spend your personal time, which is never enough. When you talk to these people, you really feel their aspiration to improve. I am always delighted to hear their questions, wishes, learn they want to improve themselves ,” said Natalya Kochanova.
The speaker of the upper house of the Parliament noted that some of the questions were connected with personal time. The conversation with Natalya Kochanova turned out to be productive and informative. The participants discussed many topical issues, which concern today's youth.
The questions concerned the personnel reserve, the prospects for the professional development of young specialists at enterprises, after-graduate working places distribution, as well as youth policy. The topics of the COVID-19 pandemic and the media sphere were discussed during the event.
