On the Day of National Unity, the Republican Public Association "Patriots of Belarus" together with the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus is holding an action "Symbol of Unity". As in the past year, one of the main tasks is to travel through all 118 regional centers of our country. This year the rally is timed to coincide with the Year of Historical Memory. As part of the action, a whole range of events is taking place, including at memorials, burial sites during the Second World War, at the site of burned villages. On October 7, the participants of the rally were hospitably greeted by the city of Pinsk. The participants of the action were united by a solemn rally, in which students and lyceum students of Polessky State University took part. Representatives of the university continued to participate in the action by joining the rally.
