Master's Degree Programs

 

Foreign citizens and stateless people temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - foreign citizens and people without citizenship) can enter the University for higher education of the second stage:

  • in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus at budget cost or on a paid basis;
  • based on the results of final testing during the development of the content of educational programs preparing persons for admission to the University on a paid basis;
  • based on interview results establishing the level of proficiency in the language of instruction, in amount sufficient for mastering the educational program of higher education second stage on a paid basis.

Admission of foreign citizens and stateless people to obtain higher education of the second stage is carried out on the basis of agreement on specialist training.
A necessary condition for the admission of foreign citizens and people without citizenship in the University is that they have the document proving the identity, visas (if necessary) and the contract of obligatory medical insurance, signed in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) who enter the University for higher education of the second stage should provide the following documentsto the admissions office:

  • application addressed to the Rector of the University in the prescribed form;
  • copy of the document of education, confirming the receipt by foreign citizen of higher education first stage as equivalent of higher education in the Republic of Belarus with a list of studied subjects and marks (points) which is certified by the admission Committee, or a copy of the diploma and its annexes, which shall be certified by the admission Committee;
  • document confirming the Belarusian nationality (for Belarusians who are foreign citizens or stateless persons); medical certificate, issued by the territorial organization of health of the Republic of Belarus (after the compulsory medical examination at the University);
  • medical report on the health status and certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by an official health authority of the country the candidate for study arrived from;
  • copy of the identity document, duly certified. In case of documents submission by the representative he/she should submit the identity document and a copy of the identity document of foreign citizen, duly certified;
  • 4 photographs 3x4 cm.

The documents written in a foreign language should be accompanied by translation into Belarusian or Russian languages certified by a notary.
Foreign citizen or stateless person who plans to receive higher education of the second stage will solve all questions concerning documents, date, form of carrying out of introductory tests with admission Committee individually.

The University is entitled to change the tuition fee within the whole training period due to a possible rise in the University expenditures necessary to provide the educational process.
