Master's Degree Programs

Foreign citizens and stateless people temporarily staying or residing in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as " foreign citizens and stateless individuals" ) can enter the University for higher education at the second level :

  • In accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus , either at budget cost or on a paid basis;
  • Based on the results of final testing conducted during the implementation of educational programs designed for candidates seeking admission to the University on a paid basis;
  • Based on interview results that establish the level of proficiency in the language of instruction, sufficient for mastering the educational program of higher education at the second level on a paid basis.

Admission of foreign citizens and stateless people to obtain higher education of the second stage is carried out on the basis of agreement on specialist training.
A necessary condition for the admission of foreign citizens and people without citizenship in the University is that they have the document proving the identity, visas (if necessary) and the contract of obligatory medical insurance, signed in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) who enter the University for higher education of the second stage should provide the following documents to the admissions office:

  • An application addressed to the Rector of the University in the prescribed form;
  • A copy of the educational document confirming that the foreign citizen has obtained higher education at the first level, deemed equivalent to higher education in the Republic of Belarus , along with a list of subjects studied and grades (points) certified by the Admissions Committee, or a copy of the diploma and its annexes, which must also be certified by the Admissions Committee;
  • Documentation confirming Belarusian nationality (for Belarusians who are foreign citizens or stateless individuals ); a medical certificate issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus ( following a compulsory medical examination at the University);
  • medical report on the health status and certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by an official health authority of the country the candidate for study arrived from;
  • copy of the identity document, duly certified. In case of documents submission by the representative he/she should submit the identity document and a copy of the identity document of foreign citizen, duly certified;
  • 4 photographs 3x4 cm.Four photographs , each measuring 3x4 cm.

Documents written in a foreign language should be accompanied by a notarized translation into Belarusian or Russian.

A foreign citizen or a stateless person, who plans to study at the second stage of higher education, will solve all questions concerning documents, date, form of carrying out of preliminary tests individually with the Admissions Committee.
