On March 22, 2023 Belagroprombank, with the support of the Department of Banking and Financial Markets, held a webinar on the topic "Emotional Intelligence: how and why it determines our life" for 2nd and 3rd year students of the specialties "Finance and Credit" and "Economics". The speaker of the webinar, Irina Shkredova, Chief Specialist of the Personnel Training Department of the Human Resources Center of Belagroprombank, elaborated on the essence and approaches to understanding emotional intelligence as the ability to recognize and verbally describe one’s own emotions, the ability not to panic and reject “negative emotions”, its importance for solving practical problems and achieving goals in life and at work, considered the key directions for the development of EQ for managing your emotions and coping with stress.
