April 2 is the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and Belarus. This holiday symbolizes the centuries-old traditions of friendship, respect and mutual assistance of the inhabitants of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, reminds us of our common history and victories, common culture and spiritual and moral values. On April 6, the educational institution "Polessky State University" hosted a discussion forum "Belarus - Russia: a union state, a common history and culture, landmarks of the future", in which students and teachers of the university took part. The moderator of this event was the senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Business Yaroshevich L. Al. The event was held in the form of an open dialogue and exchange of views.
