International scientific conference "Social, political and cultural processes in the territory of Central and Eastern Europe in a historical perspective"

On May 19, 2023, the VIII International Scientific Conference "Social, political and cultural processes in Central and Eastern Europe in the historical perspective" began its work on the basis of the Faculty of Economics and Finance of Polessky State University. The plenary session of the conference, which has already become traditional for the scientific community, was opened by the vice-rector for educational work of the Polessky State University Khmel Olga Anatolyevna with a welcoming speech. Boris Lvovich Khavkin, Professor of the Russian State University for the Humanities, delivered a plenary report on "The Barbarossa Plan and the Holocaust". Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing and International Management of Polessky State University Bazar Natalya Nikolaevna and Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Business Gagua Ruslan Borisovich also spoke to the participants of the conference.
