A landscape designer is an artist, an engineer, and an architect all rolled into one. He is capable of literally everything - from the creative moment of creating a sketch of a beautiful landscape to functional skills in engineering. The profession of a landscape design engineer belongs to the "Man - Nature" type, it is associated with working with plants, natural and anthropogenic landscapes, with the creation of a comfortable and favorable environment for human habitation. Our students have extensive opportunities to realize their creative ideas, which are based on the material and technical equipment, and rely on a qualified faculty. Such specialized classrooms are used - in drawing and the basics of composition, in the audience there are 15 easels, objects for drawing from life, illustrative examples of work; an office for floriculture, where herbarium specimens of flower and ornamental plants, coniferous and deciduous species, live plants are presented; computer class with special software Realtime Landscaping Architect, KOMPAS, AutoCad, PhotoShop, Illustrator with all necessary applications. Course projects and works are the final stage of studying the discipline. The execution of projects is always at a high level, thanks to the skills and abilities gained during the course. In the spring and summer, students consolidate their knowledge in educational practices that cover all the necessary disciplines to solve the problems of a future landscape designer - educational practice in landscape architecture, decorative dendrology, floriculture, engineering landscaping, etc. In practice, students learn to embody their ideas into reality, monitor the growth of plants and take care of them, transfer complex flower beds to nature, perform small work on geoplastics (using the terrain for your own purposes). Our graduate is an engineer of gardening and park construction, can work at enterprises and firms involved in the design of landscaping and landscaping objects, in architectural and landscape workshops and studios, housing and communal services departments, botanical gardens, floristic companies, as well as in educational institutions.
