On August 29, 2023, a Republican seminar on invention, innovation and engineering creativity was held at the Brest Science and Technology Park. The seminar is a continuation of the series of events on this topic, organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology and the State Institution “BelISA” this year. The first such seminar took place on May 24 in Grodno, the next one will take place on December 5 in Minsk. Deputy Director of the Brest Science and Technology Park Viktor Valerievich Fisyuk addressed the seminar participants with a welcoming speech. The seminar was opened by Olga Valerievna Khvostova, Deputy Director for International Scientific and Innovation Work of the State Institution “BelISA”. The seminar program included the following reports: Modern technology of effective innovative solutions (Modern TRIZ) Rationalization activities at the joint venture OJSC "Brestgazoapparat" Innovations and intellectual property in the economy The event was attended by representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the ministries of education, industry, economics, architecture and construction , communications and information, energy, healthcare, agriculture and food, transport and communications, sports and tourism, National Center for Intellectual Property, Republican Scientific and Technical Library, scientific and technological parks, Belarusian Society of Inventors and Innovators, and other organizations of various forms of ownership. Active participants of the seminar were awarded certificates and memorable prizes. On behalf of the Polessky State University, the online seminar was attended by the head of the scientific and innovation department, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Yulia Aleksandrovna Rybalko, and Anna Vitalievna Khomich, head of the “Business Center” laboratory.
