On September 7, the rector of the university Valery Ivanovich Dunai in a solemn ceremony presented a diploma of conferring an honorary title to the rector of the higher educational institution “Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh”, Doctor of Technical Sciences Reimov Akhmed Mambetkarimovich. Such a significant event was witnessed by representatives of the teaching staff, staff and students of the educational institution, as well as students from Karakalpakstan who are studying at Polessky State University. The first official visit to Polessky State University of representatives of the higher educational institution “Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh” took place on May 18, 2021. Even then, a cooperation agreement was signed, agreements were reached on a number of areas for further development of relations, and a number of initiatives and projects have now been implemented. After the ceremony, Akhmed Mambetkarimovich thanked the rector of the university and all those present for the high honor and trust, and noted that he was open to further mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of experience.
