On May 21-24, 2024, the III Republican Forum of Young Scientists of Higher Education Institutions was held in the youth capital of Belarus. The forum was held on the basis of two Brest universities: the Brest State Technical University and the Brest Pushkin State University.
The organizers of the scientific event are the Ministry of Education and the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education. The forum was attended by Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Polessky State University, representative of the SMU under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Vorobyova Maria Mikhailovna and Secretary of the Council of Young Scientists of the Polessky State University, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Dmitrovich Natalia Pavlovna.
The participants of the event visited the Brest Hero Fortress Memorial Complex and took part in the solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the Eternal Flame.
We met with representatives of the scientific community of Belarus: First Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Bakhanovich Alexander Gennadievich and Rector of the Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin Golubev Yuri Petrovich, took part in the discussion of plenary reports and educational block – master classes provided for by the forum program.
At the sections, representatives of Polessky State University demonstrated the results of scientific achievements obtained on the basis of the laboratories of the Educational Institution "Polessky State University", shared their experience with colleagues from other institutions of higher education, and also discussed prospects for further cooperation.
