On February 3, 2025, the rector of Polessky State University, Valery Ivanovich Dunai, met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus Shakulyev Nazarkuly at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus in order to demonstrate the university's capabilities and establish friendly business relations.
