On June 3, 2025, Polessky State University hosted a meeting of students of the Faculty of Biotechnology with representatives of the Pinsk Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification, dedicated to World Metrology Day as part of the Year of Improvement and the Five-Year Quality Plan.

On June 3, as part of the International Children's Day, the Polessky State University Museum opened its doors to students of the Pinsk Social and Pedagogical Center.

On May 30, 2025, at a meeting of the University Council in a solemn atmosphere, the rector of Polessky State University, Valery Ivanovich Dunai, presented letters of thanks from the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus to the chairmen and members of election commissions for their conscientious work as part of the commissions for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2025.

The open championship and championship of the Brest region in karate for the Edelweiss Cup took place on the basis of Polessky State University.

Volunteers from Polessky State University provided assistance in accompanying the competition.

About five hundred karate players joined the fight for victory. The students of Polessky State University performed and showed decent results: Nikita Sahwon - 2nd place, Roman Cimbur - 2nd place.

On May 31, 2025, the "First" race was held in Brest. 31 students from the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization participated from Polessky State University. The students had to cover a distance of 5.5 km.

The race was attended by renowned athletes of our country, including Olympic champion of Athens in 2004 Julia Nesterenko.

Sergey Kurilovich, a student of PolesSU, overcame a distance of 21 km.

Open Championship of the Republic of Belarus among juniors born in 2007-2008 and youth (under 23 years old) in kayaking and canoeing. Results of students of the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization of Polessky State University: Ovchinnikov Egor: S-2,500 m - 1st place; S-4,500 m - 2nd place. Tikhonov Valentin: C-1 1000m - 4th place; C-1 500m - 4th place; C-2 500m - 3rd place; C-4 500m - 3rd place. Anna Margin: S-1 500m - 2nd place; S-2 200m - 3rd place; S-2 500m - 3rd place; S-4 500m - 1st place.

A scientific seminar "Actual problems of training reserve athletes" was held at the GrSMU.  The scientific seminar was organized by the Department of Medical Rehabilitation of GrSMU and the Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine of PolesSU. During this seminar, the invited speakers focused on relevant topics related to the preparation of reserve athletes.

On May 30, 2025, the team of the Debate Club of Polessky State University, led by the chairman of the club, senior lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, chairman of the primary organization of PolesSU ”Belaya Rus“ Vladimir Vladimirovich Makarushko, consisting of students Maxim Memekh and Yulia Kakadey, took part in the republican stage of the ”All-Belarusian League of Debates“, held on the basis of Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

On May 30, 2025, Polessky State University completed a week-long advanced training course within the framework of the "Party School" project on the topic "Symbiosis of social management and Political science", which was attended by medical and teaching staff of Pinsk.

Graduates of the courses were solemnly presented with certificates of advanced training.

Republican Student Football League 2024/2025 among men's teams! In the final match for the 3rd and 4th places, the students of Polessky State University hosted the team of the Belarusian State University of Economics at their stadium. Our students dominated the entire match and confidently won 8-0!
